Take 300 grams of paneer in a bowl and first cut it into cubes, then add some ingredients to the paneer.
Now mix all the ingredients with paneer lightly.
Now first of all heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and once the oil is hot, add the marinated paneer one by one in the hot oil and fry the paneer on medium flame till it becomes light golden.
When the paneer is cooked on one side and turns golden, flip it and cook on the other side till it turns golden. This may take you a total of 4 to 5 minutes. When all the paneer is fried, take them out in a vessel and keep them aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add some ingredients to it.
Now cook all these spices till they start crackling.
When all the spices start crackling, add 2 chopped onions and some other ingredients as well.
Now cook all these spices on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring well.
Now add some hot water as per requirement to these spices and after that cover the pan and let it cook on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
Now turn off the gas and stir all the spices well once and let them cool.
Now we have to remove and throw away the whole spices like bay leaves, black cardamom, cinnamon etc. Now put all the spices in the mixer grinder and add some other ingredients as well.
Now close the lid of the mixer grinder without adding water.
Now grind all the spices well and prepare a paste.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter in a pan.
Once the oil and butter are hot, add the spice paste to the hot oil and stir everything well until it starts to boil. Once the gravy starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook the gravy for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Now check the salt in the gravy, if you feel that the salt is less then add salt as per your requirement and mix the rest of the ingredients as well.
